The Referral Partner does not need to sell the property or handle site visits and negotiations. The referral is passed to the relevant Realty Leader, who works on the lead and handles the deal.
How do I become a Referral Partner?
You can become a Referral Partner by registering on Mera Wazood and completing your profile. After registration, you receive a unique Referral ID that can be used to identify and track the referrals you submit. There is no requirement for a real estate license or prior real estate experience, subject to the applicable Terms and Conditions.
What type of referrals can I submit?
You can submit genuine referrals related to different property categories, including residential, commercial, industrial, land, and institutional properties. You may refer potential buyers, sellers, or renters based on the opportunities and information available to you. Referrals should be genuine and submitted with accurate information.
Do I need to sell the property or visit the site?
No. A Referral Partner's role is to provide a genuine referral and relevant information. The assigned Realty Leader handles the referral and manages the deal process, including communication, site visits, negotiations, and other activities required to complete the transaction.
When do I receive my commission?
A commission becomes payable after the referred deal is successfully closed, subject to the applicable commission terms and conditions. The Realty Leader responsible for the deal pays the applicable commission to the Referral Partner. The exact commission and payment conditions may depend on the referral and the successful completion of the transaction.
